Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Digital Network Media and Signage ("DNMS") collects, how it is used and how it is protected. It applies to dnmsignage.com, info.dnmsignage.com, the client panel and portal, service order signing, and the equipment installed at client locations.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and business details: name, business name, email, phone and location address, when you provide them to get a quote, sign or receive support.
  • Payment details: processed by Stripe. DNMS does not receive or store your full card or bank account number; we only see limited details such as the card brand and its last 4 digits.
  • Electronic signature: when you sign an order we record your name, the date and time, IP address and device type as evidence of the signature.
  • Client content: images, videos, menus and ads you give us to display on your screens.
  • Device technical data: connection status, software version and errors of the installed players, to provide support and alert you if a screen goes offline. The devices have no cameras or microphones and do not collect data about visitors to the location.
  • Websites and cookies: our websites have no contact forms and no advertising or tracking cookies. Our network provider may set strictly necessary security cookies. The client panel and portal use a session cookie to keep you signed in.

2. How we use it

To provide, bill and support the service; send you invoices, receipts and service notices; meet legal and accounting obligations; and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us deliver the service and must protect it: Stripe (payments), our hosting and network providers, and our email provider (notifications). We also share it when required by law.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as the service lasts, and afterwards for the time required by accounting and tax laws. Your screen content is deleted within 90 days after service ends, unless you ask us to keep it.

5. Security

Our websites, panel and portal use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to data is limited by user and role. Payments are made on Stripe's platform, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, except data we must keep by law. Write to digitalnetworkmediaandsignage@gmail.com.

7. Children

The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new date above and notify active clients by email if the change is significant.
