Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Digital Network Media and Signage ("DNMS") serves businesses in Puerto Rico and Florida. We provide a managed digital signage service (signage, menus and catalogs), in-store commercial radio, and advertising slots on our network.

2. The service order governs

Each client signs a service order listing the screens, plan, prices and dates. If anything on this page conflicts with the signed order, the order prevails.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD), plus IVU or other applicable taxes. The installation fee is charged at signing, and the monthly fee is charged in advance automatically by card or bank account (ACH) through Stripe. By saving your payment method, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Equipment

The media player equipment is owned by DNMS and lent during the service. The client takes care of it, does not open it or change its software, and returns it when service ends.

5. Client content

You are responsible for holding the rights to the images, videos, music, trademarks and prices you give us to display. DNMS may refuse to publish illegal, offensive or misleading content. You permit us to use that content only to provide the service.

6. Music and radio

The music and voice-overs on DNMS radio are licensed for commercial use within the service. The client must not connect other music sources to DNMS equipment without its own license.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running at all times, but it also depends on the location's internet, power and TV sets, which we do not control. Credits for interruptions are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for illegal purposes, to attempt access to other people's systems or accounts, or to copy or resell DNMS software.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DNMS's liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client paid in the last 3 months of service. DNMS is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

10. Privacy

Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where the client operates.
